The Joy were a UK-based electronic group, active in the mid-1990s. They originally had a mellow, balearic beat-influenced sound similar to some of Primal Scream's "Screamadelica" era, The Orb, or even early Enigma. Members included: Denise Johnson (vocals), Gavin O'Neill (vocals), Andy Tracey (guitar), Ali Fletcher (drums, percussion and programming) and David Tolan (bass, percussion and programming)
