French R&B singer, born on September 26th, 1985 in Strasbourg (67), France. Early known as Matt Pokora, he had to change to M. Pokora in 2004 after a lawsuit by Matt Houston. In high school, he formed Mic Unity, a R&B group which lasted about 6 months. In 2003, he, Lionel Tim and Otis won the third season of French TV show "Popstars" and formed the group Linkup. In 2004, the members decided to disband and pursue individual interests. Married to American singer Christina Milian.
