Fally Ipupa Nsimba, also known as Dicap La Merveille is a congolese singer, dancer, musician, music producer, writer, singer-songwriter, choreographer, record producer, recording artist, and arranger born on December 14th, 1977, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Ipupa began his career in small groups of Kinshasa before being discovered by Koffi Olomide in 1999 and integrate his band Quartier Latin until 2006. He releases his first two solo album "Droit Chemin" and "Arsenal De Belles Mélodies" respectively in 2006 and 2009. Since June 2016, Fally Ipupa is signed on the french label , a subsidiary of for his urban albums. He also has his own label since 2011 for his traditional rumba albums.
